I Drifted Off For A Moment

An artwork originally created as a concept for a tattoo commission. I kept rolling with this piece after the project had finished. A lot of the line work began as the contour lines from specific topographic maps (a detail specified by my client in his brief.) It is a powerful notion, drawing on the lines of the landscapes which have formed part of one’s identity.

The finished piece will be exhibited at The Drawing Room Cafe in Observatory as part of a group exhibition curated by Unsung Art.
