For the season launch of MIMCO's new range 'Mistress Elemental', the brand in collaboration with local PR agency Conversation Capital hosted a magical shopper event at the MIMCO boutique store in Cape Town. Artist Alicia McFadzean was commissioned to hand letter customer's initials on MIMCO card wallets live at the event.

Live Lettering for MIMCO ‘Mistress Elemental’
For the season launch of MIMCO’s new range ‘Mistress Elemental’, the brand with the help of their local PR agency Conversation Capital hosted a magical shopper event at the MIMCO boutique store in Cape Town.
I was commissioned to hand letter customer’s initials on MIMCO card wallets live at the event. To spice things up, I designed two alphabets for clients to chose from:
(1) Classic cursive calligraphy, with plenty of flourishes and curls for the girl who loves a timeless accessory with a hint of romance.
(2) A modern fashion editorial typeface with a luxurious twist. Each unique set of initials was stylised with a sexy swash. For the modern glamour gal with a passion for fashion.
